Account information: If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a password. You may also choose to provide a profile picture.

Saved items and alerts: Products you save, price drop alerts you set, and favorite merchants are stored to personalize your experience.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Usage data: We log your interactions with the Service, such as features used, time spent, and pages viewed. This helps us improve Felix’s accuracy and the relevance of deals.

Device information: We collect device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and IP address. This allows us to optimize performance for US and Canadian users and detect fraudulent activity.

Location information: With your permission, we collect approximate location (city/region) based on IP or device settings. This is used to show deals available in your country (USA or Canada) and nearby stores. You can disable location access in your device settings.

3. Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from merchants, advertising partners, or analytics providers to help us offer relevant deals and measure campaign performance. This information is anonymized where possible.

How We Use Your Information

Provide and maintain the Service: Process your searches, fetch real-time deals from merchants across USA/Canada, generate recipe ideas, and manage price alerts.
Improve Felix AI: Analyze chat patterns to make Felix smarter, more conversational, and better at understanding shopping and cooking queries.
Personalization: Tailor deal rankings, product suggestions, and recipe recommendations based on your preferences and past interactions.
Communications: Send you service updates, deal alerts, and occasional promotional offers (you can opt out anytime).

With merchants: When you click on a deal or make a purchase, we may transmit a referral identifier to the merchant to attribute savings and improve our service. No personally identifiable information is shared without your consent.
